So last time I was here in Barcelona, in Sept 2021, I stumbled into a reservation and unbelievable dinner at Paco Perez, a Michelin two-star. This time I worked ahead, and yes once again had dinner with Paco. And once again it was amazing.
Yes it was amazing, and yes, I will be back next time. And I will ask myself…
